We will communicate information about your order by email.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. In addition, we will send you an email when your order has shipped that will include the UPS tracking number for your package.
Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after the package leaves our distribution center for the tracking information to appear in the UPS tracking system.
Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order.

Madisonharding.com accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal. Madisonharding.com does not accept checks, cash, or money orders.
International credit cards are accepted if they have a US billing address, and a continental US shipping address.
Sales tax will be added to orders shipping to New York State. Please note that tax calculations are based on state and county locations of the shipping address on your order. Shipments to any other state will not include tax.

We ship internationally via USPS.

SHIPPING SERVICES & COST
We ship our orders with UPS. We offer three delivery options, below are the delivery time frames and costs associated with each option.
UPS Standard Ground (Free)
Delivery occurs in 7 to 10 business days after processing.
UPS 2nd Day
Delivery is guaranteed in 2 business days after processing.
UPS Next Day Air
Delivery is guaranteed the next business day after processing.

At this time, we do not offer Saturday delivery.
- Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12:00 PM EST will begin processing that day (excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday. Standard Ground orders typically ship within 72 hours from the time they begin processing, pending availability and credit card verification.We do not ship Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
Madison Harding will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.
REFUSAL OF DELIVERY
If you refuse delivery of any order you placed from Madison Harding, your order will be returned to our warehouse and you will receive a refund for the merchandise and taxes paid. However, you will not be refunded any shipping and handling fees. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Periodically we have special offers that can be applied to your order by using a promotional code that we provide to you. In order to take advantage of these promotions, you must enter the promotional code in the space provided on ourpage. The value of the promotion will be applied to your order at checkout and will not appear on a line item basis.
Merchandise shipped within the U.S. can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date.
Please note that we currently do not accept international returns.
Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned at any time.
Please note, we do not accept returns on sample sale merchandise. All sample sales are final.
We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered, or washed. Footwear must be in the original condition. Madison Harding does not accept returns for worn footwear.
Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error.
To return your order email firstname.lastname@example.org with your customer order number and/or shipping ID to arrange to receive a return shipping label, and return form.
Return shipping is at your expense. Upon receipt of your return at our warehouse, the return cost of $5.95, will be charged. You will see this as a separate transaction on your credit card statement.
Please pack all return items in an appropriate shipping box or reuse the original packaging, removing or covering any old shipping labels. Returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition–please do not place shipping labels or packing tape directly on the shoebox. We will not accept shoes that do not meet these packaging criteria.
Please include a copy of your original packing slip along with our return form with your returned merchandise.
Upon receipt of the return, Madison Harding reserves the right to deny the refund if the merchandise does not meet our Return Policy requirements.
We do not process exchanges. Instead, we ask that you return the shoe you are not keeping and place an order for the replacement item.
REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within approximately 14 days of receiving your merchandise and we will send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
We will charge a $5.95 fee when you use our return label. You will see this as a separate transaction on your credit card statement.
Madison Harding customers using a third party shipping service are responsible for any duties, taxes and shipping costs that may occur. Madison Harding is not liable for any damages from any third party shipping services.

SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. Madison Harding will provide a pre-paid UPS shipping label to expedite the return. If you would like to return merchandise you received as a gift that was purchased on madisonharding.com, you may exchange the merchandise for store credit.
